Frequently Asked Questions

There are three possible reasons that you may not have received an activation email:

  1. Your email provider may be blocking gala-net.com with its spam blocker. [This is a CONFIRMED problem with Hotmail]
  2. Your email provider is experiencing delays. This is a common problem with inteational email.
  3. If you are an Earthlink user, please note that Earthlink has a special spam filter that forces senders to go to a separate website to verify the email. Unfortunately, our system cannot do this automatically. Therefore, you will need to adjust your email settings in the control panel in order to receive emails from the @gala-net.com domain.

Should you continue to experience these problems after troubleshooting, we recommend setting up a temporary email account with a free email provider such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or Hotmail, and try registering again to the new email address.
