I firmly beleave that lower prices on item mall items improves the game involvement and makes more people want to invest in the game. I have played too many of those web strategy games with item malls that charge outrageous, almost scam level prices for their item mall items that I know 199 out of 200 players never spend a dime on them. I think that if anyone has to spend more then $15 a month for the same level of gaming experience they would get from playing WoW, Everquest or any those other top PTP MMOs they really should rethink their pricing. I don't know much about Allods but seeing the "old" prices defiantly looked way too high, especially for the very important perfume I know is badly needed to fully utilize endgame content. I still think Holy Runes and Deposit boxes are too expensive and need to be dropped to 500 gP to be worth while and potions need farther reduction to around 100gP. |

Nice move guys! I would also like to see a low priced subscription. Something like $5.95 per month wouldn't be too expensive. If people had the monthly subscription they could buy stuff from the Item Shop with gold currency instead of Gpotato dollars.
I tried to send a suggestion to allods_suggestions@gala-net.com and got a undeliverable response. Is this email address valid? |

"You can still play for free without cash shop items, no? These items are meant to *enhance play*. Nobody is forcing you to buy them."
To an extent. The silly FoD mechanic pretty much means if you want to do any level of PvP or end game PvE content you'll NEED a constant supply of Perfumes, something which just isn't viable to provide via in game means. |

Very impressive and some fairly significant price drops. Also, crediting the difference for those who have already purchased items was a nice customer service touch. Well done. |

Still looks like you're going to be paying more for thing in the CS then you would by having a monthly subscription with any number of the P2P games! |

Great job reducing prices but there still needs be a lot more work done to this game, 1 quick thing add bigger slot bags that are only in the CS, why would people pay for a bag already in game, bigger bags would sell way better than the current CS bag. |

Well done. Honestly, I didn't see the problem with the first prices. These games are FREE TO PLAY, but not free to provide. Servers, programmers, and electricity still cost money. You can still play for free without cash shop items, no? These items are meant to *enhance play*. Nobody is forcing you to buy them. The $20 bag? +6 slots? If I had to pay that every month that might irk me, but I pay it *once* for the life of my account...and amortize it over the number of months I play. The convenience of having 6 extra slots is worth a couple bucks a month to me.
They even went one further and reimbursed thsoe who purchaased the difference. I hope you all appreciate what they have done and I hope you show that appreciation buying one less ringtone for your phone this month and spending a few spuds in the cash shop...
I'll buy my son and myself some bags tonight. |

Yeah thats nice and all but I wasnt ever one who complained about the prices, my only complaint about the game so far is the Perfume/FOD aspect. Think this is the one true killer for the game, atleast for me but who knows the countless amount of people who feel the same. I think it would be fine if Perfume was like a potion that could be used as a temporary buff, but the fact that you need it to effectivly keep playing after you die is no what I want in a game. Now im only lvl 14 but as Ive seen from other instances of items that can be acquired in game aswell as the Item Shop, they are not easy to come by and I wouldnt be surprised if perfume followed the same trend. I think the FOD isnt a bad idea on its own, but it should only happen in certain instances such as multiple deaths via monster, maybe a certain amount of deaths a day, and even so, it should just be a time limit, or require some activity to get rid of, not an item of tremedous rarity in game, or purchasable via shop. My two cents. |

To Whom It May Concern,
Thank you so much for the reduction in price. I agree with the majority in that your original prices were much too high. I was skeptical when I first saw that prices were being adjusted. You have more than come through with this promise and I must say I am impressed.
Thanks Again,
Christain |
