anyhow, can i play the game with out having the last Patch?

i have insall the game to V. 2.0.04.53 and when i open the game. game taks me to update for V. 2.0.04.53.1 then it give me a meassge said that i donot have enough free space in my PC. but the game i C drive and i have 100GB free space .. how come... i need help here :(

There is a devastating bug in the demonology beginning story line. I am supposed to kill Kirill in the mission survive and it keeps saying that he is not in my line of sight..... As you can probably guess he definitely is and i still cannot attack him. Just something that may need to be fixed in the next patch..... Or NOW.....
