hey when i was downloading it and it stopped and 3/4 i was like wtf?? then i tried to shut down fire walls but i cant do that cause idk how to shut it down on my anit virus thing pls help

Yeah, my Norton Antivirus blocked the patch ports after 9/10 of the patch, turn off ALL antivirus and firewall during this patch, for whatever reason the antiviruses recent updates among all antiviruses blocks such ports, this may also help in the future. GL and have fun playing Allods Online! PS. if you recognize my name, Im coming back!

Ok I got Mine to work. This is what I did. 1.) I went to my Patches Folder to see if there were any files downloaded. Found that all files except the files in folder Patch_USGala_2.0.04.49_2.0.04.53_.patch were present. 2.) downloaded the patch from a manual downloads 3.) extracted patch into patches folder 4.) re-ran installer to remove "GAME" only 5.) re-installed game 6.) after that when the game is run the update will be completed and upgrade will commence. 7.) PLAY! hope this helps.

Turn off firewall or anti-virus softwares because these block additional ports the launcher needed. I turned off mine when my download stops then turned it on again after.

Can Something be done to fix this? if not at least upgrade the download version to the current version... 4gb download for the game and then an update that is 187mb which does not complete??? that is just ridiculous....

well i got the patch from a friends house the other day put it on flash drive(his game works) and i tryed to move past it but still says i need update and when i start dowload says same error again not enough memory and says clear space and try agin when will this get fixed because i would like to play this game this weekend.

can we please get some real gPotato tech support here? clearly tons of people are having this issue and the only solution i've found that might work is manually forwarding ports but ihavent found the specific ports to forward nor am i sure if i could successfully do it. halp gPotato

why isn't there a manual download alternative? i've been sitting for an hour waiting for the update to resume. please add manual update links in the future for every update, please! it only takes five fucking minutes to upload them on a hosting website and post the link.

Stops at 139 904 for me too, and i tried to disable both my firewall and antivirus too. It doesn't fix it :(

yep same problem here. this is really stupid... why should we play this game if they give us NO support or help on how to fix this problem. i reckon we all should just stop playing this and play something else. see how they like it. maybe they will start helping us after that.

I'm also having the problem. I disabled my firewall thinking it might ease the process. To no result though. Still stuck. Hope it fixes soon as I feel I should give this game another chance. Thanks in advance.

wow! i stopped playing for a few months because of how unprofessional allods was, and now i come back to find out it stops during the update download through the launcher and people are having the same problem, no answer from allods... GJ to me, i wasted my time again.

ok i didn't have a problem downloading the patch, BUT i now have a problem with 4 FILES being corrupt because of the patch!!!! these files were just fine before i did the update... these are the files that are corrupt data/packs/2ndcicle.client.pak data/packs/Astrallsle15.client.pak data/packs/Kania_AL2.client.pak ZC4_lsle03.client.pak

I'l get 3/4s through the patch and it will sit, i've tried re-installing still the same problem.... please fix!

hey guy i restarted the downloader for a couple of times and always the same result until i noticed that there was a very small activity in the download, so i left it and after like 8 or 6 hours... it downloaded the rest... so about 8 hours to download about 70mb... weird... but it worked and i managed to play for a bit, so check that... if there is activity just leave it there and do something else for a loooong time until it finishes, good luck, btw... game seems great so far.

I found a way to do it. I don't know why, one of the ports needs to be forwarded, you can forward the port or just shut down your firewall (it might be included in your antivirus or windows firewall). Please tell me if it worked for you!

Same here. Deleted. Reinstalled. Moved directories. It seems by looking at TCP resources it drops the port 80 stream at 139mb?

i downloaded the installer, installed the game, launcher says i need latest patch wich is 2.0.04.65 (187 mb i believe) it starts downloading and it gets stuck a it after half of it (no error message) just stays there trying to finish but it NEVER finishes, is anyody else having this problem? any solutions?
