Crystal Chips can be used to combine and upgrade runes, which can be equipped to increase your damage, healing, and defense in combat. Please remember that you will also need spend in-game gold to purchase Gold Dust and Level 1 runes of your Patron as well as a Rune Welder in order to upgrade your runes.
