As you already got the great announcement from last week, we are glad to say that Lords of Destiny is coming very soon to your server!
 
The next expansion will bring tons of new content to discover. As usual, we will show the greatest additions to our MMORPG with our focuses, but we aren’t finished with the great news just yet…
 
Some of you will be invited to help us browse the new content and to join our Lords of Destiny Preview, which will be open from Monday, February 11th until the early morning of Monday, February 25th!
 
The Lords of Destiny Preview will be an amazing way to be the first ones to try out the new features brought by Lords of Destiny. Preview the new content, meet the new NPCs, explore the new areas and, why not, talk about it with your friends!
 
Go check the email address associated with your gPotato account; you might have received our exclusive invitation to join our Lords of Destiny Preview! We will explain how it works in a minute. In the meantime, don’t be sad if you haven’t been selected among our beta-testers. You will still have a sneak peak of new additions with our focuses and you will be able to connect to the Lords of Destiny Preview on select days to take part in our events! When will Lords of Destiny Preview be open?
 
Lords of Destiny Preview will be open from Monday, February 11th, until Monday, February 25th. The opening hours will be the following:
 
Monday – Thursday: 2:00 AM -10:00 AM PST (or 10:00 – 18:00 WET)
Friday – Sunday: all day. The Lords of Destiny Preview will stay open from Friday at 02:00 AM PST all day during the weekend.
 
Only the players who have received the invitation will be able to have fun and join us on the Lords of Destiny Preview from Monday, February 11th until Thursday, February 21. But, from Friday, February 22nd at 10:00 a.m. PST, until its closure on Monday, February 25th at 10:00 a.m. PST, all our players will have the opportunity to access Lords of Destiny Preview and showcase the new content, while playing with the European and North American communities!
 
How to Access Allods Online Lords of Destiny Preview
 
If you have been selected as beta-tester and you want to join us on the Lords of Destiny Preview, you just need to open the invitation email received from gPotato.eu and click on the link contained.
 
You can use your gPotato account to access the server and, once logged, you will find a copy of one of your highest-level characters available on that account. This way, you don’t need to rush through the levels and you can jump straight to the new content!
 
Once in-game, you will have the chance to meet Sarnautians from different communities and have fun with the new activities, talk about the new content with your friends, share exclusive preview pictures and videos! Have we already said have fun? Yes, because there will be amazing lands to explore, new enemies to fight, and great events to explore the new features while receiving rewards!
 
But you will also be beta-testers, helping us spot issues for the greater good of your faction. If you find a bug, you can report it using this forum thread. And feel free to share your experience on our Feedback thread too!
 
If you have problems with connection or access to the Lords of Destiny Preview, do not hesitate to contact our Support by ticket. Just keep in mind that you will be able to access our Lords of Destiny Preview only during the opening times listed above!

Lords of Destiny is an unique expansion in the Allods Online universe, and as beta-tester, we wanted to bring more fun and challenges to your experience during the two weeks of your discovery! Besides having an early-premiere of what to expect on your live server – surprise twist in the game’s story, new zones to unravel, new level cap, instances, Allods, spells and so on, you can meet with the other members of the European and American Allods Online community! You will also be able to participate in online and offline events with the GM!

On the Lords of Destiny Preview:
 
• Saturday Night Fever
 
Saturday, February 16th (3 PM PST (GMT-8:00))
 
Strong armor recommended. Flare trousers compulsory! Take part to the battle fever on Windy Hills in which you will take arms against the enemy’s faction! It is simple – this is a survival of the fittest in the greatest setting you can find! Pick a side, and rush to the greatest battle ever!

From Monday, February 11th, until Monday, February 25th
 
Capture the wonders of Lord of Destiny on film to showcase for the community! Be the reporter with camera handy while filming the looming dangers in Pearl Ring and Windy Hills. Show the world the exclusive instances that will become their favorite nightmares, film the wonder that is the sky of Irdrich, and publish it on YouTube!
 
If you are a beta-tester and upload footage of your experience of the Lords of Destiny Preview on YouTube, make sure to add the tag “[Allods] Lord of Destiny – I was there” you will receive a coupon code! You want to get more than just a tease of the new expansion? Follow the rules below in order to get your reward:
 
- Log-in to the Lords of Destiny Preview, and film whatever you find interesting about the Lord of Destiny expansion! It can be the new zones, the new skins, the unknown Astral Allods, your attempt to break into Tep’s Pyramid, etc…
- The video has to be at least 30 seconds long!
- You can add some music, commentary, and special effects if you desire!
- Upload your video on YouTube, and add the tag “[Allods] Lords of Destiny – YourCharacter’sName was there”. For example : “[Allods] Lords of Destiny – Piopico was there”
- Link your YouTube video to the dedicated thread on the Official Forum so we can add it to the Allods Online Official YouTube playlist!
- For your character name, make sure it’s your character from the live server!
- You will receive a Coupon Code of 500 Premium Crystal Coupon Code for your participation. Only one coupon will given per gPotato.com account!
 
• Lords of Destiny Photo Hunt
 
From Monday, February 11th until Monday, February 25th
 
If the science of video shooting is too elusive for you, we’re also organizing a Lords of Destiny Photo Hunt during the beta-test! Maybe you saw your new favorite boss, fallen in love with the cuteness of the Tequanis, or perhaps you enjoy posing in front of Tep’s Pyramid? Take your best shots of the Lord of Destiny expansion, and share them on our Facebook page!
 
You want to showcase your best screenshot-taking skills? See the rules:
 
- Take a screenshot of something new in the Lords of Destiny Preview! Take a landscape of the Tequani land, the new costumes, a new mob that you find interesting…Anything new you can find! Make sure the screenshot isn’t offensive or vulgar!
- Log-in to your Facebook page, join us on the Allods Online Official page, and upload your capture to the special application: Lords of Destiny Photo Hunt!
- Make sure you include your character’s name and server from the live server in the description!
- Our team will accept your submission, and you will receive a 100 Premium Crystal Coupon. As for the video, you can receive only 1 coupon/gPotato.com account!
- Make sure to share the page around, so your friends can vote for you! Who knows, the pictures with the most votes will receive an extra prize!
 
• Lords of Destiny Review
 
From Monday, February 11th until Monday February 25th
 
Being part of a beta-test is a unique experience, and we want you to share it with us and the community! Although you will be talking about the discovery of the new expansions with your in-game friends, we thought you could spread what you thought of Lords of Destiny Preview on our Facebook page, and even have a reward in the process!
 
If you are eager to share what you think of the preview you had of Lords of Destiny, do the following:
 
- Play on the Lords of Destiny Preview for a start!
- Go to our application Lords of Destiny Review created for the event, and leave your note about Lords of Destiny.
- For your review, make sure you include your character’s name and server on the live server.
- The authors of the comments which will receive 100 Premium Crystals! There can be only 1 coupon per account!

Between the discovery of Lords of Destiny and these events, you can say the next 2 weeks will be busy! And we certainly hope you will take pleasure in any of the above activities!
