Each of the Twelve Martyrs are great in their own way as they fill their chosen ones with blessings to help them on their journeys through Sarnaut. We use their protective abilities, they help us regenerate after a long, hard battle and they offer guidance to those who seek it. So let’s celebrate them individually! Each Patron should have their own designated holiday in which their worshipers can benefit of their blessing and offer up even more prayer to the great Martyrs!
 
From the Saturday, February 9th until Saturday, March 9th, all those born under the sign of Plam will celebrate their patron and receive their blessings for 20 days!
 

 
For those of you asleep during history classes in Nezebgrad and Novograd, here’s a brief overview of the Great Martyrs:
 
Men and women on these allods are never alone. They are protected by the blessing of a mysterious set of powers, called the Great Martyrs.
 
Shortly after the Great Cataclysm, the Magi began to notice strange events of the original magic. Although their appearance seemed to coincide with the Astral invasion, their precise nature remained a mystery for many years. While the Astral was known to have a magical influence on Allods and all their inhabitants, 12 special magical auras were discovered, each with unique properties and characteristics.
 
Over the centuries, experiments were conducted on these forces. It was discovered that each inhabitant of Allods could perform a ritual to seek protection from one of these magical auras, but for a long time the nature and origin remain shrouded in mystery.
 

 
So what better way to celebrate a patron than by praying to it extra hard during it’s holiday season? That doesn’t mean we want you to rush out to the Deserted Farm on a one man mission to end up in purgatory for a 24 hour period! We want you to fight with honor and courage, slay as many enemies as possible, and give thanks to Plam afterwards!
 
How can you take advantage of these benefits? Just log-in to your character with Plam’s symbol, and enjoy the FREE 20 days blessing! Easy as that!

It is now time to explain how the Prophetic Cards work for our new recruit, or to have a reminder for our veterans!
 
Let’s start with the basics of the system for our players who joined our adventures with the past Autumn Wind update. From Thursday, February the 7th and lasting until Thursday, February the 14th, players will see a new item dropped by monsters in-game, it is the Prophetic Card of the Golden Opportunity. This item allows players to play a game of chance, to win to some truly amazing prizes!
 
To take part in the action, any player that wishes to use the Prophetic Card needs to obtain an item called an Ancient Compass, which is available from the Item Shop from Thursday, February the 7th until Wednesday, February the 27th. This will allow you to scan the Prophetic Card and see what prizes lay behind them!
 
You will then be given an opportunity of turning over one to four cards and winning the prizes that lay beneath, depending on how many Ancient Compass you have in your bag! Don’t worry if you have some Prophetic Cards left overs after the 14th of February, as you can open them at any time after that date with your Ancient Compass.
 
These can be obtained through gPotato, Gem Shards, and Premium Crystals. Be advised that any Ancient Compass got through Premium Crystals are bound, but if using gPotato or Gem Shards you can trade them!
 
Players should also be aware that prizes won through Prophetic Cards of the Golden Opportunity are bound to the character, so when opening these make sure that you are using it on the appropriate character! Read further below to find out more details about this new mechanic.
 

Prophetic Card of the Golden Opportunity: Contains many prizes. Can be traded to other players. You will be able to gain them from monsters from Thursday, February the 7th and lasting until Thursday, February the 14th.
*Prophetic Cards of the Golden Opportunity CANNOT be sold in the auction house.
 

Ancient Compass: Used to open the Prophetic Card. Can be traded or auctioned unless obtained with Premium Crystals. Available in the Item Shop from Thursday, February the 7th until Wednesday, February the 27th.
 
Stroke of Luck
Those here for the last event may remember that each time you used a prophetic card that a bar below the interface (see the screenshot below) would fill up, and every 60 points accumulated would give you a Stroke of Luck.
 
Once this bar is full your interface will change colour and you will be given a turn at winning one prize from a selection of some of the very best prizes available in this event!

You can see from the Stroke of Luck image above that the prize table has been updated since the last time we ran a Prophetic Card event. This time around we’ve included some new vanity outfits, alongside some of the much sought rank 4 mounts and a brand new steam punk set! We also have items like gold dust, crystal chip and elixir packs.
 




 
Excellent news for our mount lovers everywhere! For those of you who prefer to know how useful your mounts are to get you out of tight spots when questing, here are the stats:

Typhoon: Flight – Gryphon rises into the air and flies 60 yards forwards for 2 seconds.
 
But we know there are lots of you who will be looking at these mounts, and this offer, for pure vanity reasons. Who doesn’t like showing off their unique look, new costumes and sparkling mounts in Novograd and Nezebgrad after all? This Prophetic Card of the Golden Opportunity will be bringing back the much sought after class costumes for all the archetypes, including the new Steampunk costume!

When battle calls, you often see them rush to the enemy and deliver deadly blows until their target is down. In town, their level of intimidation lives on in the form of dashing auras that provoke onlookers. These soldiers of war are always at the front line, they never hide, and they never stop fighting until they fall in battle. They belong to a specific class that always volunteer for war in the name of their motherland, and make their enemies wish they weren’t fighting against them. They can be giants, they can be tiny, but there is no mistaking they are lethal.
 
From Thursday, January 17th until Sunday, January 27th, take part in the Warriors’ Celebrations: the Swordring!
 

 
From Friday, Warriors from the Gibberling, Kanian, Xadaganian and Orc nations will be able to discover the festivities of their proud class! These Warriors have always been at the front line in wars, and never turn down an opportunity to engage in tough training to stay on top of their art! Although laziness and weakness is an enemy of these soldiers, there is one day allowed to them in which they can shout, drink, and laugh with their peers! There may be some fighting as well; you are a Warrior after all!
 
During the Swordring celebrations, Warriors will be able to exchange their precious special holiday coins for amazing rewards:
 

Ceremonial Warrior’s Helmet: Warriors need to keep their heads protected! Can be sold or traded to other players.
 

Ceremonial Warrior’s Armor: Its impressive appearance inspires respect! Can be sold or traded to other players.
 

Rapid Growth Potion: Do you envy the powerful and musculature? A mouthful of this potion and you are as big as a troll! Can be sold or traded to other players.
 

Who’s tiny now!
If you aren’t a Warrior yourself, don’t look at your comrades with envy as the special items sold by the vendors of the Holiday Committee can be exchanged between characters or sold at the Auction House!
 
This means that you also can dress up as a Warrior to celebrate their holiday!
 

 
Thank you so much as you’ve been waiting patiently for an update regarding the Winter event that was put on hold due to lag issues caused by the event. As an updated version of the Winter event without any technical issues could not be applied to our servers, we still would like a way for the community to benefit from this high-spirited and spectacular event. The event introduces lots of cool (no pun intended) items to glamorize your characters with wintry goodness and we want to continue the spirit of gift giving even though the holidays are behind us.
 
We are happy to announce that players who logged on since November 1st will receive 1 letter sent to the most active character on their account. This letter will include:
 

50 Large Holiday Gifts and a bonus Eye of Frost trinket!
 
Please know the Eye of Frost is bound since it’s a bonus item although the main prizes (Holiday Gifts) will not be bound so open them, sell them, or mail them to your heart’s content! Even though the Large Holiday Gifts are not bound, the items inside the gift will be bound so make sure you open the Large Holiday Gifts on a character that you would want the items on. Also make sure you check all characters on your account (including other server and incarnations) in case you do not see the letter in your character’s mailbox.
 
Once again, you will receive the winter prizes if:
-You logged in since November 1st
-Your character is at least level 15
*One gift per account

You’ve tested your might in each of the six skirmishes and now it’s time to continue mortal combat in a PvP zone that is infamously known as Melting Isle! It’s been a freezing winter the past couple of weeks so what better way to stay warm in an ice-covered zone than some intense PvP action while fighting for buried treasure! Who knows? Maybe you’ll be rewarded with more loot than what you bargained for…
 
From now until Monday, January 21st at 9:00 AM PST, you must visit Melting Isle (only available to level 51 characters) and show evidence of you looting a chest while looting the chest at least 50% of the way. It may sound easy at first but remember Melting Isle is a free-for-all zone so it’s every Orc and Gibberling for himself. Be sure to grab your allies for help unless they turn on you and steal your booty!
 
Key Points to Remember About Melting Isle:
• Access Melting Isle through Ancient June Ruins in Gipat
• Melting Isle is only open from 4:00 PM PST to midnight PST – Server Clock
• You can only travel to Melting Isle for two hours per day before being forced to leave the zone.
 
Rules:
• To confirm completion of the requirement, you must take a screenshot of your character interface while at least looting 50% of the chest’s progress bar. Remember, you do not need to fully capture the chest; you just need to show yourself looting half of the chest.
*Feel free to cover parts of your interface such as chat box or your hotkey bar although we need to see most of your interface while looting the chest. See below for an example screenshot.

• Reply to this forum event thread by Monday, January 21st at 9:00 AM PST that includes the screenshot.
• Include your character name and server when posting your screenshot.
• Only one screenshot entry is allowed for one character per account. In other words, you cannot submit six different screenshots of looting different chests since you’ll just be credited for one entry.
