Every so often a special time arrives in Sarnaut, one of fur, fun, more fur, some rage, even more fur and the sight of the occasional drunken Gibberling family asleep in the streets of Novograd. It’s a tradition that dates back to the initial treaty between the Kanians, the Elves and the Gibberlings, one that safeguarded the most sacred of Gibberling customs, the random festival where they get drunk and wear silly outfits! We’re talking of course about the Gibberling Festival!
 

Yes, it’s that time of year where we celebrate the most beloved (kinda) of Sarnautian races with their very own festival! So what’s in store for the streets of Novograd and the fields of Lightwood? Well from Monday, April 15th, until April 24th, we’re going to be making every Gibberlings’ time in Allods Online an extra special one!
 
As we all know from our Sarnautian history classes, the Gibberlings are adventurous little people, their inquisitive nature often landing them in trouble. But this side of them has also led to some of the most important discoveries, namely falling off an allod in a fishing boat and realising that they, and us, could float in the astral! And from this simple accident the Gibberlings have spread across the entire astral, in search of fun, danger and nice shiny things. Well each year the most daring of our furry little friends return to Novograd with a wealth of stories and sackfuls of their most prized treasures.
 
To celebrate their race, they happily offer these to any Gibberling with Special Holiday Coins to use through the Holiday Committee, found in Novograd itself!
 
So whether you’re a Brawler, an Animist, a Trickster or a Seer now is your time to shine in some fancy Gibberling costumes! But that’s far from all, as you will also have the chance to gain a special Bagpipe emote ability that will make you into your very own One Man Band!! Well a Three Gibberling Band I guess….so a regular band I suppose….it’s the Gibberling festival!!
 


So to snag these amazing Gibberling outfits, and to learn the bagpipes, you simply need to be a Gibberling and take your Anniversary Coins to one of the Holiday Committee representatives around Novograd! For you League playing, non-Gibbs out there we have some good news too, the Gibberlings will be able to put all of the outfits up for auction in Auction House! So you too can celebrate the most important, tiny creatures in all of Sarnaut in style!

But what of the Orcs and the rest of the Empire? Well don’t worry, because Yasker has been known to throw a good party or two in his time. Knowing him like you do you can be sure that he will take note of these festivities and plan a gala of perhaps even greater size for his troops! Be sure to keep an eye on upcoming events in Nezebgrad to find out exactly what he has planned!
 
For now though it is the League’s time to celebrate! Elves and Kanians should be aware that any accidents that befall them at this time due to drunken Gibberling behaviour will not be brought before the Novograd City Council, they fear the wrath of a Gibb on too many cocktails just as much as you do!
 
The Gibberling festival runs from Monday, April 15th until April 24th, so don’t miss out on picking up your own set of bagpipes and a stylish outfit to match!
 

Historians from all around Sarnaut agree on this fact: Love is the most strangest thing.

If the erudits of Sarnaut were as awkward as we are towards knowledge, our world would be already leading to its destruction! But this is why, we are the one braving the dangers, using our bravery to face the biggest challenges ever, and not having our noses in archeological sites or in a dusty book. We definitely do not wait for another Cataclysm to happen! Love is a burning passion and heart-break at the time, but before all these extreme feelings, it is most importantly – fun!
 
We believe that true love is the one thing that doesn’t change you and in which you can have the most silliest moments with a person that wouldn’t mind. To celebrate these individuals that share special moments together, we’re launching an event on our Official Facebook Page!
 
From Thursday, February the 14th, until Monday, February the 25th, pose with your Sarnautian Valentine and send us your picture on our application!
It is simple to participate – dress up with your special one, and take a screenshot of both of you! And if you don’t have one, don’t despair, we are sure you will find your true love (or a charitable soul) to showcase how great you are…in a picture!
 
To participate in this contest, just follow the rules:
 
- Take a screenshot of you and your special one in-game! It can be romantic, funny, epic, basically, anything that can sum up how great a couple you are.
- Go to our Facebook page, like us if you haven’t done so already, and go to our event application – “Pair to Win”
- Submit your picture. Our team will review it before approving it, just to make sure you didn’t send THAT kind of picture to us. Make sure the screenshot is appropriate, otherwise, we will refuse your entry. And if your picture isn’t approved straight-away, don’t worry, our team will do it in the hours following your submission!
- You will have until the 25th of February to submit the picture.
 
Now, to the fun part! The community will vote for the entries! That is right! From the moment you enter your screenshot until the closing day for the submission (the 25th of February, don’t forget!), our Facebook fans can vote for their favorite screenshot! So make sure to quickly take your picture and make it perfect in order to gather the most votes. You can also vote every day for your favorite entry as well!
 
Although the Allods players will be the jury, the Allods Team will pick notable entries.

Attention soldiers! Welcome to our latest edition of A Closer look at which will bring the spotlight on the New Spells in Lords of Destiny! After the delight of the discovery of the new zones and the adorable (or lethal) Tequanis, we will bring the strength and technique into the spotlight!
 
Let’s Unravel the New Spells in Lords of Destiny!
You have been honorably chosen by us as a volunteer to take part in a special training of an advanced combat techniques!
 
Someone once said, that War…that War never changes. If you share that idea and you believe that you do not have to learn anything else about your character class, then you are in perfect direction toward painful defeat. Luckily for you, we look after our heroes, therefore read carefully all the instructions below!
 
Axes win battles. Information wins wars! The most terrible force has always been knowledge.
 
With updating Sarnaut to Lords of Destiny, every soldier should strive to upgrade his skills in battle. New enemies are approaching and you have to exceed your current limits which that means going beyond level 51! Thankfully, all the characters who will have reached at least level 52 will be able to learn two new powerful skills!
 
They are sure to be useful to our heroes in battle with monsters, as well as with enemies of the other faction.
 
List of advanced combat skills available to master:
[Strictly Confidential]
Experienced Scouts will acquire the following skills:
 

Blade Storm: Teleports you to a random enemy within a 15 yard radius every 0.5 seconds and inflicts damage. When using this ability, your are immune to negative spells and control effects.
Consumes 4 Tears of Dragon. Using Tears of Dragon of a higher quality increases the damage dealt.
 

Onslaught: Applies an effect that increases the movement and attack speed and decreases the cast time and energy consumption for all offensive abilities that depend on the weapon speed. Duration: 20 seconds. Under this effect, all shots can be used while moving.
Consumes 6 Tears of Dragon. Using Tears of Dragon of a higher quality increases the movement and attack speed.
 

Powerful Mages will be able to learn spells:
 

Elemental Surge: Enchants the space between the caster and the target during 8 seconds. After casting is interrupted or finished, the spell deals damage per second of cast time to the target and other enemies within 10 yards. If the cast time exceeds 4 seconds, the targets will be knocked down for 2 seconds.
Consumes 2 Tears of Dragon. Using Tears of Dragon of a higher quality increases the damage.
 

Magic Tactics: Applies an effect that prevents interruption of spell casting when receiving damage, moving or jumping.
Consumes 5 Tears of Dragon. Duration of the effect is increased if Tears of Dragon of a higher quality are used.
 

Tireless Summoners will gain secret knowledge:
 

Immunodeficiency: Dispels the effects of poisons and diseases from the target causing Putrefy, Decomposition effects to instantly deal the remaining damage, Neurotoxic effect to deal the damage and stun the target, and Wandering Fever and Volatile Infection to dispel dealing damage.
Consumes 3 Tears of Dragon. Using Tears of Dragon of a higher quality reduces the cooldown.
 

Dark Vigor: Applies the Dark Vigor effect to your minion granting it with a new ability. The effect allows your Guard to stun the enemy with every second Hateful Blow, helps your Lurker to restore health points of group members every 4 seconds, and allows your Cadaver and Fiend to apply the Obscure Essence effect to a target increasing acid damage during next three attacks.
Consumes 5 Tears of Dragon. Duration of the effect increases if Tears of Dragon of a higher quality are used.
 

Skilled Psionics will unveil new effective methods:
 

Astral Breath: Inflicts Astral damage to all enemies within a 25 yard radius every 2 seconds and decreases movement speed by 50%. Duration: 8 seconds. Consumes 1 stack of the Concentration effects after use.
Consumes 3 Tears of Dragon. Using Tears of Dragons of a higher quality increases the damage dealt.
 

Thoughtful Spirit: Inflicts Astral damage to a target. Consumes 1 stack of the Thoughtful Spirit effect. Every 20 seconds an additional stack of the Thoughtful Spirit is generated, up to 5 stacks.
Consumes 1 Tear of Dragon. Using Tears of Dragons of a higher quality increases the damage dealt.
 

Noble Paladins will possess useful skills:
 

Pious Anger: Increases the damage you deal and allows using any melee combat abilities from some distance. Duration: 12 seconds.
Consumes 6 Tears of Dragon. Additional damage and melee attack range are increased if Tears of Dragons of a higher quality are used.
 

Autodafe: Inflicts Fire damage over time and prevents from using abilities.
Consumes 2 Tears of Dragon. Using Tears of Dragon of a higher quality reduces the cooldown.
 

Ancient spirits will share with the older Wardens the teaching of:

Chain Lightning: Inflicts damage to the target and all enemies within a 10 yard radius, then affects the next target in the same way. Up to 5 targets can be affected.
Consumes 3 Tears of Dragon. Damage dealt by Chain Lightning is increased if Tears of Dragon of a higher quality are used.
 

Rip up!: Commands your pet to attack the target. The pet inflicts damage every 0.5 seconds and stuns the enemy for 0.5 seconds.
Consumes 2 Tears of Dragon. Duration of the ability is increased if Tears of Dragon of a higher quality are used.
 

Famous Bards will learn new tunes:
 

Encore: Instantly restores all class abilities except for Encore and Shadow Duet.
Consumes 5 Tears of Dragon. Cooldown of the Encore ability is decreased by 50% when using Tears of Dragon of a higher quality.
 

Shadow Duette: Summons your shadowy copy at a specified place. A copy will perform all the songs that were played during its summoning. A copy cannot be selected as a target and attacked.
Consumes 4 Tears of Dragon. A copy will be summoned for a longer period of time, if Tears of Dragon of a higher quality are used.
 

Healers will learn new prayers:
 

Providence: Applies stacks of the Providence effect to a target. Upon receiving damage, one stack is consumed and a friendly target restores health, while a hostile target inflicts Holy damage.
Consumes 3 Tears of Dragons. Using Tears of Dragon of a higher quality increases the number of effect stacks.
 

Faith Boundaries: Applies an effect absorbing damage to a friendly target. Duration: 30 seconds. Upon expiry of the effect all nearby enemies will be knocked down for 2 seconds.
Consumes 4 Tears of Dragon. Damage absorbed is increased if Tears of Dragon of a higher quality are used.
 

Fearless Warriors will hurl at enemies with powerful techniques:
 

Heroic Might: Generates 3 stacks of the Heroic Might effect for 20 seconds. Each time you use the Forceful Kick, Punch, Hack, Devastating Blow and Flawless Strike 1 stack of the effect is consumed. Your abilities additionally inflict damage. Forceful Kick and Punch effects knock the target back. Hack effect stuns the target. Devastating Blow and Flawless Strike cause Deep Wound effect inflicting additional damage each second for 3 seconds.
Consumes 3 Tears of Dragon. Using Tears of Dragon of a higher quality increases additional damage dealt by the Heroic Might effect and duration of the Broken Legs effect.
 

Reasoned Aggression: Applies an effect generating 10 combat advantage points every second. While this effect is active, you are in combat.
Consumes 3 Tears of Dragon. Using Tears of Dragon of a higher quality reduces the cooldown.
 

As you might have noticed, for the use of these skills one would need dragon tears.
 
They can be acquired in different parts of Sarnaut: get a reward for performing daily tasks or buy from Servants of the Light in the basement in Nezebgrad’s Yasker Tower and in the Church of the Light of Novograd, and also on your own allod.
 
It should be noted that the effectiveness of these skills will be affected by the type quality of the tears used. Below you will find a complete list of tears that may be used:
 

Blazing Tear of Dragon – Required for the use of certain class abilities. Can be obtained on your own allod.
 

Shining Tear of Dragon – Required for the use of certain class abilities. Can be obtained on your own allod.
 

Glowing Tear of Dragon – Required for the use of certain class abilities. Can be obtained on your own allod.
 

Pure Tear of Dragon – Required for the use of certain class abilities. Can be obtained as a reward for the daily quests of the Servants of the Light.
 

Lucid Tear of Dragon – Required for the use of certain class abilities. Can be purchased from the Servants of the Light provided you have appropriate reputation.
 

Turbid Tear of Dragon – Required for the use of certain class abilities. Can be purchased from the Servants of the Light.
 
There is also another matter that needs your full attention! Maximizing soldiers’ combat potential up to level 55 opens new possibility for further training with additional 4 rubies. Those can unlock even more abilities from your deadly arsenal.
 
We, veterans, are aware how complex building your perfect warrior can be and how little details may have an impact on a defeat or a victory on the battlefield.
 
We already took necessary countermeasures implementing a new system to your skills and rubies grid. You will notice some skills and rubies are marked with stars. Those are officially recommended for your class. You can still do things your own way, but unless you’re a veteran yourself, it is wise to follow the recommended path created by the best strategists of Sarnaut.

It’s here…the Titan!
 
From Friday 11/23 until Thursday 11/29 we’re selling the new and improved Commander’s Strongbox!
 
Like its previous incarnations, this Commander’s Strongbox still has those handy mount spells, but also contains the chance to find a new combat mount, the Titan!
 

 

~ The Titan ~

 
The Titan is a new personal mount with combat abilities. At level 11 a well-fed Titan moves at 13 yards a second and has a .9 second cast time. It has more HP than any mount to date and has 4 combat abilities.
 
Activate Reactor – Consumes 5 Mana Batteries to charge the Titan for 10 minutes. While charged, the Titan will generate 1 Energy Charge every 2 seconds. Only 10 Energy Charges can be stored at a time.
 
Titan’s Hammer – Strikes the target for 15% of the Titan’s health, double if the target is a player. Has a 2 second cooldown and consumes 1 Energy Charge.
 
Magnetism – Slows the target by 60% (40% if mounted). Grants the target immunity to Magnetism for 12 seconds. Has a 2 second cooldown and consumes 2 Energy Charges.
 
Energy Boost – Heals the target for 10% of the Titan’s maximum health every 2 seconds for 12 seconds. Has a 12 second cooldown and consumes 2 Energy Charges.
 
Onslaught – The Titan leaps forward and stuns all enemies within 10 yards of the target for 3 seconds. Grants affected targets with immunity to Onslaught for 20 seconds. Has a 30 second cooldown and consumes 4 Energy Charges.
 
 

~ Mount Spells ~

 
This strongbox can contain one of four different spells that can be used while riding any mount. Most boxes will contain fragments of these spells which can be turned into a scroll that will begin your quest to learn one of the following spells, though some boxes will contain the scrolls themselves:
 
Gallop – Increases your mounted movement speed for 12 seconds. Learned from the Lesser Scroll of the Commander.
 
Veil of Speed – Makes you and your mount invisible for 6 seconds. Learned from the Greater Scroll of the Commander.
 
Strategic Advantage - Restores 2% health/mana while mounted. Learned from the Enchanted Scroll of the Commander.
 
Tactical Advantage – Reduces your mount cast time by 20%. Learned from the Major Scroll of the Commander.
 
 
We understand a lot of players may already have these mount spells, which is why this time the scrolls can be turned in for Tokens of the Titan!
 

1 Enchanted Scroll of the Commander = 1 Token of the Titan
1 Major Scroll of the Commander = 10 Tokens of the Titan
 
Like all tokens and fragments, it requires 100 Tokens to create the Titan mount.
 
There will also be a lottery running for the Commander’s Strongbox and the 50 players who open the most Strongboxes each day will win prizes. The player who opens the most strongboxes each day will win a Windracer mount. Other prizes include up to 200 Crystal Chips or gold.
